General Terms
Cancellation: Less than 24 hours, payment in full for services booked.
Less than 7 days, 50% of total services booked.
No show: Payment in full for services booked
Payment: Cash payment will be charged for all services not mentioned in the original booking or on the vouchers.
We accept all major credit cards.
Payment is due 14 days from invoice date. Fee for late payment NOK 1.5 % of total per month.
Guide's travel expenses: For tours starting/ending outside downtown Bergen, the guide's travel expenses will be added to the bill. The travel time for the guide will be calculated at NOK 410 per hour.
Guide and driver gratuities are at your own discretion.
